Communication

These ministries create awareness of the Cathedral’s programs and encourage participation in them.

Communications and Marketing:
Creates and publishes clearly written, graphically attractive digital and print media related to the communication channels (email, web, social media) of the Cathedral.

Digital Moderator Ministry:
Provides livestreaming of worship services and other Cathedral events. Moderators, usually working in teams of two, make worship accessible to individuals who are at home or traveling.

Greeters:
Welcome individuals as they enter the doors, answer their questions and, if they’re interested, collect their contact information. 

Tour Guides:
Lead tours that convey information about the Cathedral’s buildings, furnishings and people.

Ushers:
Distribute Sunday bulletins, guide people to their seats, count attendees, collect the offering and direct people to communion.
