You are invited to a special program celebrating the life of The Rev. Martin Luther King at noon, Sunday, Jan. 18. The program will consist of three readings from selected writings and speeches of Dr. King, three selections from the Cathedral choir, one reflection, and remarks by Dean Kathie. The celebration will open with Happy Birthday by Stevie Wonder and close with We Shall Overcome.

Also on Sunday, Jan. 18, from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. there will be a MLK Youth Service project in the second-floor conference room in the Bishop Tuttle Building. The project consists of assembling hygiene kits for our unhoused neighbors. The kits will be distributed in the Blessing Box and on the Just Food Truck Saturdays. Parents, grandparents, friends and family are welcome to join the service project. Patricia Altemueller is coordinating this project.
